My name is Marrio Escobar. I was born in Worcester Massachusetts. I’m truly blessed with the privilege of being the husband of a wonderful supportive wife and father of two beautiful little girls in whom God, in His sovereignty, has given us.

For the first 23 years of my life I was a sinner unaware of my need for a savior, Jesus Christ, in pursuit of accomplishing all the desires of my flesh. I used my natural talent of writing, rhyming and producing music to create hip-hop tracks for albums and mix tapes with the intentions of “Blowing Up”. Shortly after high school I was recognized and signed to an independent record label that, in its time, was fairly popular and well on its way to becoming what the world considers to be “Big Time” in the music industry. After a 2 year contract I met a Christian man, a co-worker at that time, who presented the gospel of Christ to me. I was stubborn and filled with pride thinking I already knew who God was, but actually I didn't know Him or understand His attributes at all. I was so convinced I knew God that it became my goal to prove my Christian co-worker wrong when he confronted me with scripture. God used my ego and fleshly desires to draw me to His Word. In my efforts to stump my co-worker I began to read the Bible. The more I read the more I realized my sinful nature and desperate need to be saved from the Holy wrath of God, not aware that I was being led by the Holy Spirit who inevitably gave me a new nature through regeneration, which caused me to willfully repent and believe in Christ’s death and resurrection for my sins.

I now realize that all of my abilities have been given to me by God, so it’s only right to use them all for His glory. I graduated from The New England Institute of Art in Brookline, Mass with an Associate’s degree in the Science of Audio with hopes of using the education I receive to glorify God through my music. My intentions now, as a believer, are to edify my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ and to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to non-believers while putting my hope and trust in God to save them through the work of the Holy Spirit.

This website has been designed not only to display a portfolio of musical accomplishments and abilities as a hip-hop artist and producer, but more importantly to further the Kingdom of God by spreading the gospel of Christ to the world and edifying the saints in whom God has chosen.
